Haven't been able to catch a live training session in a while?
Now you can have access to previously recorded training sessions 24 hours a day!

In order to play the sessions you will first need to download the player program.
You will then be able to play the sessions.

Please keep in mind that these training sessions are 2 to 3 hours long
so be sure to allow ample time for download.  However after you download it will
